How do I rent a unit?

Pick a size and tap Rent to finish online in a few minutes, or tap reserve by text and a person here will hold it in your name and send your gate code. You can also call and do the whole thing on the phone.

Is there a long-term contract?

There is no long-term contract: every unit is month to month, so you only pay for the time you need.

What are the access hours?

The gate is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The office is open daily, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Central (9 to 9 Eastern).

How does the first month discount work?

Rent at the online rate and your first month is discounted, applied automatically to your first invoice. The regular rate starts in your second month. There is no code to enter.

Are the units climate controlled?

Not at this location. Every unit here is a ground-level drive-up unit with a roll-up door, so you can park at the door and unload straight in.

Can I store a vehicle or a trailer?

Yes. The 10×20 and 10×30 units take cars, trailers and oilfield equipment. Call or text and we will match you to the right space.

How do I pay my bill?

When your bill is due, a payment link is texted straight to your phone. You can also pay online anytime, or call (432) 315-3031 and pay over the phone.

Is Odessa Secure Storage close to Gardendale, West Odessa and Midland?

Yes. Odessa Secure Storage is at 312 S Lark Ave in Odessa, about 17 minutes from Gardendale, 20 from West Odessa and 24 from Midland by car. Tap Get directions for the route from where you are.

How do I get the gate code?

Text the word code to (810) 888-8450 from the phone number on your account, and it texts your gate code straight back.

Do I need an ID to rent a unit?

No. You do not need to show an ID to rent a unit here.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

No. We have a lock available if you need one. Just ask when you rent.

What forms of payment do you take?

Credit and debit cards. Pay online from the Pay bill link, set up autopay, or call (432) 315-3031.

Can I set up autopay?

Yes. Turn it on in the online portal from the Pay bill link, or call (432) 315-3031 and we will set it up for you.
